Liaison items for 2010 can be found below. These items were posted on this website on July 18, 2010.

If you desire to modify a PDF document, open MS Word (or your favorite word processing program). Then open the document you would like to modify with the Adobe Acrobat (PDF) reader.  Highlight the desired text in the PDF document.  Then with the cursor placed somewhere on the highlighted text, do a right mouse click and select copy (with left click).  Then reverse this process and paste the text into the blank MS Word document.  It can be edited from there.
